A Day of Learning and Sharing
The official launch of the 2025 Under 20 Team took place at Scuderia 1918’s headquarters, offering the young athletes a full day of education and growth. The day began with a training session led by Henk Nooren, Team Manager of Scuderia 1918, focusing on specific exercises to improve the endurance and power of the horses. Afterward, the riders had the opportunity to observe the Talent Team’s training, also led by Henk, gaining inspiration from the routines of athletes already competing at an international level.
Midday, the teams from Kep Italia and Sergio Grasso introduced the helmets and boots that will accompany the Under 20 riders throughout the season — top-quality gear designed for performance, safety, and comfort, while allowing each rider to express their own identity.
In the afternoon, focus shifted to equine nutrition, with an in-depth lecture by the Cavalor team, emphasizing the importance of a balanced and personalized diet to support horse wellbeing and performance.
The day concluded with a powerful moment dedicated to team spirit, motivation, and passion, guided by our Performance Coach and the inspiring Laura Ahti, founder of Equestrain.
