  • _ga is a persistent cookie with a two-year expiry date from the time it is written.

 

It distinguishes unique users by assigning a randomly generated number. It is included on every page of the website and is used to create website visitor browsing analyses, session data and campaign reports.

PROCESSING METHODS

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, Scuderia 1918 Srl guarantees the data subject their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, data portability, objection to the processing of their personal data and other rights provided for by said Regulation.
In order to exercise the rights acknowledged by the Regulation, the data subject may send a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office of the Data Controller or may send an email to info@scuderia1918.com

The GDPR also provides for the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

The Data Controller periodically checks its privacy and security policy and, if necessary, reviews it in relation to regulatory or organisational changes, or technological developments. In the event of policy changes, the new version will be published on this page of the website.
