Second week of competition at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour (MET) in Oliva for Giulia Martinengo Marquet, who showed excellent form with Scuderia 1918 Calle Deluxe and Lothagravin.
“I’ve been coming here since 2012 because I believe it’s the best way to start the season. I also brought my two best horses, Calle and Delta, to prepare them for the Nations Cup in Abu Dhabi this February,” explained Giulia, highlighting the strategic importance of this event.
The week was marked by a second-place finish in Saturday’s 145 qualifier and a series of impeccable clear rounds with Scuderia 1918 Calle Deluxe, interrupted only by a small mistake in the jump-off of Sunday’s Grand Prix, where they finished in eighth place.
Kevin Staut remains at the top of the European ranking in the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup, following his participation in the twelfth leg of the World Cup in Amsterdam.
