Week Recap: Rotterdam Highlights

Team France triumph in the Longines League of Nations

The fantastic France, led by Chef d’Equipe Henk Nooren, triumphed in the Rotterdam leg of the Longines League of Nations™ with a flawless score of zero penalties. A standout in the formidable French team was Kevin Staut with Scuderia 1918 Viking d’La Rousserie, who achieved a perfect double clear.

Kevin was visibly thrilled with his performance, grinning broadly and pumping his fist in the air afterward. “It has been a long journey for Viking and me to return to the top level,” he said. His uncharacteristic show of emotion at the end reflected the relief of success after months of hard work.

Kevin Staut reaffirms his status as a veteran of Nations Cup victories, having previously been honored by Pferdewoche as the best rider in the 2022 Nations Cup with a total of 12 clear rounds, 6 of which were with Scuderia 1918 Viking.

The French Team included flawless performances from Simon Delestre with I Amelusina R 51, Kevin Staut with Scuderia 1918 Viking d’La Rousserie, Olivier Perrau with GL Events Dorai d’Aiguilly, and Julien Epaillard with Donatello d’Auge.
