Scuderia 1918 recently kicked off its Under 20 Team with a special event held at the Research & Training Center, once again demonstrating its commitment to supporting young equestrian talents. This project is entirely dedicated to the growth and development of the next generation of riders, offering them unique opportunities to improve their skills and build promising careers.
A Day Full of Learning and Fun
The launch event featured young riders, all selected for their talent and potential. The day started with an exclusive clinic led by two top riders from the Scuderia 1918 Racing Team: Giulia Martinengo and Lorenzo De Luca.

Giulia Martinengo and Lorenzo De Luca, known for their international successes, shared their experiences and knowledge in an interactive session. Giulia emphasized the importance of precision and connection with the horse, while Lorenzo discussed competition strategies and stress management during competitions.
Ethological Training
Another important moment of the day was the lesson with Addestramento Etologico. Through a theoretical lesson and specific exercises, the young riders learned more about the Pavlov’s classical conditioning

The day also offered the opportunity to meet the official sponsors of Scuderia 1918’s Under 20 Team: Kep Italia and Sergio Grasso. These meetings allowed the riders to better understand the behind-the-scenes support that makes their growth and success possible.
