With the recent purchase of Tobago Z, top jumper with German star Daniel Deusser, Scuderia 1918 team of horses is growing fast. Maria ed Emanuele Anchisi have purchased half of Tobago Z, that now performs whit Deusser under the new name of Scuderia 1918 Tobago Z. Just like they did with Scuderia 1918 Halifax van het Kluizebos, they have signed a joint-ownership and a partnership with Stephex Stables, in order to guarantee the sport continuity ‘sine die’ of this extraordinary combination at the top level of the sport.
Both of these horses will compete in one of the greatest show jumping events: the FEI World Cup™ Final taking place in Göteborg, Sweden, in a few weeks,from the 3rd to 7th of April.
After a meteoric start (with two wins in the Madrid and Bordeaux legs of the Western-European League, together with a third place in Amsterdam and a fourth place in Lepizig) Scuderia 1918 Tobago Z and Daniel Deusser are ready to play a lead role in the Final. Scuderia 1918 Halifax van het Kluizebosand Lorenzo De Luca will jump in the adjoining classes. The acquisition of Scuderia 1918 Tobago Z is a further testimony of the goals of Scuderia 1918 that, with riders who are known for their sports ethic, style and deeply rooted horsemanship, like Lorenzo De Luca and Daniel Deusser, is putting together a first-class team of horses. Scuderia 1918 is continuing to grow also in the eventing discipline where, together with 4 and 5 stars horses, they are acquiring youngsters that, with long-term projects, with the right training and developing, will, in due time, make their debut in the big sport.
