The Scuderia 1918 Talent Racing Team is spearheading an ambitious project that selects young talents who have already made their mark in international equestrian competitions.
The foundation of the TALENTS program is Scuderia 1918’s vision to develop future champions capable of excelling on the world stage. This initiative offers a comprehensive three-week full-immersion training program designed to provide a holistic education for these young athletes. Each day is meticulously structured to include physical training with a personal trainer, equestrian coaching with the renowned Giorgio Nuti, and afternoon classes on subjects such as ethology, horse management, nutrition, marketing, finance, and more.
