Kevin Staut is one of the best and most loved riders in the world and stands out not only for his technical and competitive qualities but for his sensitivity and the bond he establishes with his horses. Last year Kevin and his extraordinary showjumper Scuderia 1918 Viking d’La Rousserie were one of the most popular combinations and among the favourites at the Tokyo Olympic Games. Unfortunately, Viking’s season was interrupted by an injury that prevented the horse from competing in the Olympics.
Kevin has scrupulously devoted himself to Viking’s treatment and physical recovery, giving the horse all the time needed and following step by step his rehabilitation and final recovery. Kevin and Viking have now come back fitter and stronger than ever! Their complicity has become so consolidated that they are ready to aim for stars. The goal is the Herning World Championships next August!
Nowadays this sport has become more challenging and competitive and athletes need support from all those who believe in them and in our sport. That is why Scuderia 1918 has created a fan club to support Kevin and Viking in their goal to get to the Herning championships on top form and aiming high.
To achieve this goal, we need the support of all the fans, of all those who wish to live this dream as leading players together with Kevin and Viking, and share with them the greatest emotions, accompanying them in these months leading up to this ambitious goal.
